The Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club hosts an annual Masters Carnival on the Sydney Northern Beaches. Recent events—such as the combined Masters and Inclusion Carnival—feature a morning kick-off around 8:00 AM, team point-scoring formats, relay transition rules, and a post-carnival BBQ at Mona Vale Beach.

Event Format & Rules

• Team Structure: Generally 4 competitors per team (with 3 in relays and transition runners permitted).
• Age Divisions: Mixed categories typically requiring a minimum of 1 female and 1 competitor over 50 years old.
• Schedule Highlights: Morning surf teams and water/beach events followed by social wind-ups or community BBQs
