Club Social & Wellbeing Events include gatherings for members and their guests only (not general public). Includes but is not limited to end of season parties, award nights, fundraisers, wellbeing initiatives and nipper parent gatherings.
- For large groups (Up to 120 people)
- Available in The Terrace or The Members’ Lounge (depending on the nature of the event)
- Up to 6 hours, including setup and packdown
- Events must finish by 11pm
- Food and drinks welcome
- Alcohol may be served or sold
- If alcohol served, must be held on weekend or public holiday, licensee must be present and alcohol must be served by RSA-holding staff and police notification, local council and L&G approval required
- Active member to act as an Event Supervisor
- President approval by resolution required (via Events Manager)
- Must be booked in at least 14 days prior
