Sunset Yoga on the Beach
Facilitated by Kaja Yoga, this session is a slow, grounding, and restorative yoga flow by the ocean, aligned with the setting sun. This yin-inspired session offers members the chance to release tension, reconnect with their breath, and find calm. Practicing in sync with the rhythms of nature is deeply medicinal for body, mind, and soul—an important reminder that even the gentlest step forward is part of the wellbeing journey.
These sessions are relaxing, rejuvenating, calming, nurturing and grounding. BYO yoga mat!
