Sunrise Yoga on the Beach
Facilitated by Kaja Yoga, this session is an empowering and energising morning practice to rise with the sun. This yang-style session awakens the body, uplifts the spirit, and inspires members to carry renewed focus and vitality into their day. Re-energising mind, body, and soul in the morning light reflects the theme of taking intentional steps to begin the day with clarity and strength.
