This Special General Meeting has been convened by the Management Committee under Article 13.4 of the Club’s Constitution. The purpose of the meeting is for members to accept the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2026 which would normally be accepted at the Annual General Meeting but which were not ready for signature at that time.
