Tamarama SLSC will run its spring Bronze Medallion course commencing Saturday 23rd October at 8am.
**Please note due to renovations our clubhouse will not be available for use in the 2021/22 season. Bronze Medallion training will therefore take place at Bondi SLSC. You will still become active patrollers of Tamarama SLSC and our new and improved clubhouse will be available for use in the 2022/23 season. ***
Prerequisites:
1. Be able to swim 400m in 9 minutes or less.
2. Be able and willing to commit to 8 Saturdays and 2 Sundays, plus an entire patrol of 5 hours.
Important Dates:
- Information Evening : Wednesday 13th October 6:30pm via Zoom
- Timed Swim: Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st Oct location tbc
- Course Start Date: Saturday 23rd October 8am - 1pm
The course duration is 8 Saturdays including 2 x full weekends for First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation.
Cost
- $440 including membership for 2 seasons, uniform, learning materials, First Aid and ART(AID) courses
- $250 concession including full-time students, under 30s, unemployed
- 2 for 1 for women: bring a friend and pay half price! (Full fee only)
