Timed Swim: Wednesday 29th January 6:30pm Victoria Park Pool
This is an 8 week course in order to give new members more patrolling time before end of season. Theory sessions will be conducted on a Tuesday evening, and participants should also prepare by reading chapters from the manual. All trainers are volunteers.
Optional weekly swim training: Mondays 6:30pm Victoria Park Pool Swimming Pool
Each Saturday training session will start at Tamarama SLSC at 8am.
