Hi, I run a mini trampoline fitness class in Bondi and I’m wondering if you have any life saving teams that would like to change up their training and fancy giving BFitbody a go. Great for team bonding and being a high intensity but low impact on the joints, it could help towards their fitness. I can cater for what they want to train for or they can just come for fun! It’s a dance based cardio workout, finishing with toning and additional weight options.
I have 20 trampolines available so can train one group, or 30mins split.
