Membership for Nipper Parents

Registration this Sunday 25th November 2012 - 8:30am at Tama club

All parents who have a role on the beach, this means any parent who helps out with flags or other activities on the beach need to be financial members of the Club. This is called an Associate Membership, it costs $60 for the season. Associate members do not patrol or go in the water, it just means you are covered by the club insurance.

Bronze Medallion Course for Nipper Parents

At the parent induction we had some parents interested in doing their Bronze Medallion to help with Water Safety for the Nippers. We will either facilitate a concentrated course at Tamarama or leverage some of the content via our neighbouring clubs who are also teaching the bronze with as much water component done at Tama as possible.  Our next regular BM course at Tama will start early Jan and has sessions on Saturday mornings if that works for people it is another option to consider.

Any nipper parents who have done their bronze and need to do a proficiency to be able to assist with WS please let me know quickly! All proficiencies for this season need to be completed in the next three weeks the last scheduled one at our club is this Sunday at 9am.

Please email tamanippers@gmail.com if you are interested in either doing a Bronze Medallion Course or doing your proficiency.
